Their website advertised free breakfast with fresh fruit, however, this was not what was delivered. Instead, I was given a limited ticket to use at a nearby café. the friendly staff made up for the lack of breakfast, doing their best to explain themselves and help with any information needed. Another advantage was the comfortable beds, which allowed for a good night's rest.

My experience at the hotel was not all positive. the rooms had a strong odor of smoke, despite being a non-smoking hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful and upgraded my room for free. Location was convenient, and room size and bedding were comfortable.

We visited a hotel in southern Taiwan with a great location. The hotel room was spacious and had comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. The staff was accommodating and friendly, despite difficulty with the English language. The hotel had coupons for guests to use at nearby cafes and restaurants for breakfast, and the cafe provided a decent selection of food.

There was some inconvenience with our stay. The number of power outlets was limited, making it difficult to charge all our devices at once.

During our new year’s stay, we were delighted with the complimentary room upgrade and the warm hospitality of the staff. The hotel’s location was perfect as it was near the bustling city center and key attractions. we found the room amenities to be satisfactorily comprehensive, especially the coffee and tea provisions.

We were disappointed that the breakfast pictures showcased on the hotel website differed from what was actually served, and the limited breakfast voucher provided was not enough to cover a hearty breakfast. the scent of smoke and dust in the room was overwhelming despite the effort of the staff to change our room and provide an air cleaner.
